Do you do structural or whole-house demolition?
No. We handle light, non-structural demolition: interior tear-outs, sheds, decks, fences, and hot tubs. We do not remove load-bearing walls or demolish whole buildings.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on the project. Some tear-outs and shed or deck removals need a permit, so check with the City of Janesville or your town before work begins.
Do I have to carry anything out?
No. We remove items from wherever they are, including basements and upstairs rooms.
How much does demolition cost?
